Creating collections of items in your catalog makes it easier for your customers to find the products and services they’re looking for.

Create a collection

Before you create a collection, you have to add items to your catalog. Once you’ve done that, you can create collections to organize your catalog items.

Open the WhatsApp Business app.

Go to the Chats tab.

Tap Settings > Business tools > Catalog > Add new collection.

Enter a name for your collection.

Tap Next.

Select the catalog items that you’d like to include in this collection.

Tap Done.

Manage a collection

You can edit your collection details from the Collections menu to ensure that your collection is always up to date.

Add or remove items in a collection

From the Chats tab, tap Settings > Business tools > Catalog.

Tap More options

> Collections.

Tap the collection you’d like to update.

Tap Add.

Select or unselect the catalog items you’d like to add or remove from the collection.

Tap Done.

Remove items from a collection

From the Chats tab, tap Settings > Business tools > Catalog.

Tap More options

> Collections.

Tap the collection you’d like to update.

Tap Add.

Select the item you’d like to remove.

Tap Remove.

Rename a collection

From the Chats tab, tap Settings > Business tools > Catalog.

Tap More options

> Collections.

Tap the collection you’d like to rename.

Tap More options

> Rename.

Enter the new name for the collection.

Tap Save.

Delete a collection

From the Chats tab, tap Settings > Business tools > Catalog.

Tap More options

> Collections.

Tap Edit.

Select the collection you'd like to remove.

Tap Delete > Delete.

Note: Any new or updated collections will be reviewed by WhatsApp before it can be seen by your customers.
